Yea, he's trying to say that he's one of those guys that uses SS for EVERYTHING, because you can't trust plastics or anything else. Really nitpicky.

Everyone else knows that the cup size of the bra is what matters. Too small, and you don't end up with the right mouthfeel.

As far as cats go, I typically stick with the black cats, right around Crystal 120. I go that high, because you can use smaller amounts. When I use larger black cats, I usually end up with problems. Too much for my mash tun. The smaller ones also leave a softer taste.

However, im worried about the excess ammonia smell. Do you think that will mellow with age?
