There's the slightest hint of salt when it warms up. But, that's just because I'm trying hard to find some trace of it. No caramel. It's good, but nothing spectacular. Their quality has really gone down hill since they started hiring young kids with no experience.

I went back and checked my brew logs to see what my running total is so far in terms of batches. Lots of stuff undocumented prior to 2012, so hard to get an exact count. But between 2006-2011 I couldn't have done more than 8-10 batches total. Came up with 68 batches to date, probably closer to 72 as I know there were 3-4 not documented. A bit disappointing to be honest. Thought I was much closer to 100.

Snow crab is so good. Ate that a bunch growing up. I used to pick a bunch of meat out and just soak it in my cup of butter until no more would fit and then eat it with a fork.
