You're welcome.

Also give it some more time and all that blurry science will settle out. Also, all those lovely steins at home and you drink lunchhellesbier from a British pint glass?? WTF

I learned 99% of my German from this:

I can give you some special version of prairie bomb, forget which one, or other stuff from them. For some reason they are one of the breweries I can find a lot of here.

I haven't forgotten about your PM, @m00ps.

:)

Oh, and just for the halibut - @hunter_la5

:D

@m00ps didnt you say you were going to Seattle for work soon? Take a daytrip a few hours south and I'll crack open my 2011 Bourbonic Plague for you bae.

Man, work is so much better after a couple lunchbiers. What a lovely day. Can't help but be happy. Like when I was 16 and got my first blowie, couldnt help but smile all day. Beer is that good.

He's getting there. Quick! Keep posting.

Hah! PKU'd!!!

Now, off to cook dinner & fall another 20 pages behind.

:fro:

(Yes, I know I said elsewhere that I wasn't cooking anymore. I just like cooking, damn it! I still only cook about once a week, though.)

Well, I will cook for myself. I just don't brag about it.

Last night was chicken thighs in BBQ sauce, baked in the oven, with rice (I love BBQ sauce on rice!), peas, & some applesauce. Small pans & using the toaster-oven makes the main dish go by easy enough, rice can be eaten as leftovers (like tonight - more in that in a minute) and some sort of fruit is always around.

Tonight is Asian style pepper-steak, but using thinly sliced pork loin instead. Serving it with rice (leftovers!), pineapple, toasted bread, and somethng else, not decided yet.

OK, really... time to go cook! BBL to PKU!

WUG CORN BEEF RECIPES?!

I wish, the ASME course was all full for the Seattle class. Maybe next year if I get my ass in gear

That's a 6pk carrier for some Dunkel, @gavinsee

What type of Dunkel you buy jakii? If you haven't you should try Flensberger. Comes in nice efficient german flip tops and ist sehr gut.

Shrek's Scottish though, isn't he?

Correct. That'll do Donkey.

Those are some positive thoughts and happy memories.

@HerrGavinSee

What Irish dish should I cook on Thursday along with a dozen Guinnii?

It's like regular cabbage except if you oppress it for 800 years it will write poems and ballads as Gaeilge ad nauseum lamenting you and your ilk.

I think next year I'm going to buy a nitro setup solely for Guinness clones.

I approve this message and hope to be doing the same this year.

I had a espresso vanilla porter that nearly made me wet my pants at the weekend, it was so good. I only want a dry stout on nitro. Nitro good. Guiness good. Ergo: Nitro Guinness gudder
