I think you need to explain what you've done again CAD. :D

After becoming forum supporter, I ran down to the cobblesmith to see if he fancied some chores so I could make some coin to buy a message on the overmorrow. Once I polished his sabatons to a glaring sheen, I swept his hearth and made off with my earnings. I donned the fanciest of writing garb and sat down for a spirited penning of ink to parchment. Whence I finished said note, I hastily rolled it up, thrust it into a most tubular vessel and paid the Pigeoneer such a modest of fee to have it sent off to our most gracious overlords, simply to request permission to visit their secretest of meetings.

There it is. You were swindled by the pigeoneer. He substituted a stool pigeon for your job.:fro:

You could do it as a giveway.

  • Visit Reno
  • Engage in nefarious activities with folks in the relaxation industry
  • Aquire bonus STD
  • Post carefully cropped pic of same
  • We guess what it is.
  • person who guesses correctly gets beer (sans herpes)

It's time to play......Name!, that!, lesion!

I could do this without contracting any new STDs, but I'd probably get a banhammer

jk, disease free

just pulled a 250k price for a job out of my ass. should be fun figuring out the programming for it, too. Eesh, hope there are some change orders on it or I could be in a bit of a pickle

Funny. Sometimes I hate losing projects to competitors who seem to have done that. But then I imagine them trying to pull it all together and not lose a ton of money and it makes me smile. I am lucky enough to be able to walk away from projects when something smells fishy.

No real spec for this project, either. They give a series number but don't elaborate. Ok, so you want 12 52' in ground RGB linear Targetti units, but you don't know how you want to control them or how you want to program it.
K, we can do that.

Yeah, I've got a project on my plate right now that has about 30k in services they don't need. I'm not sure how the sale went through, the guys are experts in system implementation so they don't need me telling them what to do. I had to put it back on sales to figure out how the money will be relocated. I really wanted to bill that for the project, but I didn't want the customer to feel like we are wasting their time.

Yep, South Lake Tahoe - spending Sat/Sun at Heavenly before driving to San Francisco Sunday evening.

We normally stay in North Lake Tahoe and I have not been to the 3 breweries in South Lake Tahoe: State Line, Cold Water Brewery and The Brewery at Lake Tahoe.

Fifty Fifty would be about 1.5 hour drive to Truckee however the road through Emerald Bay is usually closed in the winter since about 1/4 mile of it is on top of the mountain ridge with no shoulder (possibly no guard rail too, been several years since I drove that section).

First day in a week without beermail, aside from Sunday. Don't know what to do with myself when I get home. Maybe I'll break down the box fort. Bottle the saison. Drink some damn beer.

NB Citradelic.

I'd really like to try that, but on my current free case of beer a day schedule, I won't be buying beer until June. Just can't justify it. I gotta slow down anyway. Last night was my first 2 beer night in a week. That's too much.

Maybe I'll try it in June.
