Havent had biscuits and gravy in a long time, that looks good!

@hunter_la5 will agree upon his return.

Thanks, I love biscuits and gravy. I wish I could say the biscuits were from scratch, but I was hungry and in a hurry this morning. The gravy was scratch made as well as the sausage in it, so that makes up for it, right?
I bet anything @hunter_la5 would agree.

Anyway you could just not... not let him get to you? Start slacking off... whatever youre job hunting anyways.

Lack of respect gets to me no matter how hard I try to ignore it. There is no way to slack off, there's nothing to do or that which needs done takes 10 min max. No big deal. Disregard. Just venting since thread was quiet and typing soothes my rage.

Carry on.

Tired this morning. Hoping my Brazilian peaberry from the press does the trick. What do you think @hunter_la5 ? @m00ps ?

I love peaberry coffee. Tired too. Had to go with a black double red eye to make it through work this morning

Ah hah.. stupid cat. Thanks.

What is the favorite tool/accessory you use when brewing?

Um. Really don't have any tools. My brother made me a mash paddle for xmas, that might be my favorite once I use it simply because he made it for me. I didn't use it with this first brew of the year though, does it need to be sealed at all or doesn't it matter?

QDOT for today:

I bought a wireless remote: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001Q9EFUK/?tag=skimlinks_replacement-20

I love it. No more bending down to turn the pump on. Also, I can turn it on from the living room, ha. I haven't found a use for that part yet, but there has to be something...

My highly engineered glass receptacle which regularly transports samples from previous batches into my face hole and down my neck tube

@hunter_la5

Fell asleep with my contact in my left eye last night. Woke up this morning with it scratched to ****, constantly tearing up and really irritated. Should be fun working today with one eye ball.

Just one contact? You wear only one? Or you passed out after taking the first one out?

If I find it, I'll let you know.
This drink at the Franklin...dunno how I feel about it

The Everlasting Gobstopper

Experience layer after layer of sweet and savory in this hot buttered rum

flavored with duck prosciutto and sweet potato

Pass. Keep my food on the side please.

Just got a Thermapen, which I like much better than my old $2 Chinese digital thermometer. Otherwise don't have much fancy brew stuff.

I'll take you up on that offer.. put me out of my misery.
You'll get a free puppy out of the deal.

Are the avatar colors reflective of your varying levels of melancholy at work? If so I'd hope for some Rainbow colors for Friday. Perhaps giving the unicorn riding astronaut a reprise is worth a thought.

Me too. One of my favorite things about 'Murica

If ever in Dallas, the best biscuits and gravy I've had are from

Johnathan's in Oak Cliff. They are really something special.

Their sausages taste nearly as good as Irish ones.

I took one out and got side tracked for a good fifteen minutes. I was so tired last night I just laid down and fell asleep.
That drink just doesn't sound good.I would imagine a shot of worcestershire sauce would be about the same.

Yeh. Knew someone would get it..
Also scared me with that picture there. Had to quickly Alt+Tab when it loaded then peek around the window and make sure it was work safe. Heh. Sausage.

@Gavin,

Are cockles and laverbread as delicious as they look and sound? I saw a show with a big breakfast plate of them and some bangers and it looked fantastits.

I didt care too much for English sausage, is there a difference between English and Irish sausage?
It kind of reminded me of scrapple. I think you would dig scrapple.

You must not be as blind as me. -5.00 and 5.75. Don't think I'd be able to function for long with just one in.

Is that a sausage, or is Gavin the untaggable really excited about biscuits and gravy?

Can't it be both?
