Coffee.

Our record-keeping software is down for the 3rd day in a row, so I'm getting farther and farther behind on what I should be doing.

Morning friends. Coffee. Incoming beer mail and 20k box out for delivery today. Wife is convinced baby is coming very soon. Sick kids. It shall be a busy day.

Good luck man... hope the kids bounce back quickly.

Mornin friendlies.

At it again. Lines longer

Yeah, they said 2 bottles pp, but if line was longer in 20 min, they'd lower it to 1. They said if they start with 2 though at sale time, they'd stick with it. That is at least decent. These guys take me as a little douchey overall. I guess they can be commanding the attention they have commanded.

I don't think they try to be douchey, I think they are just guys who make good beer and have little to no clue how to run a business. Previously Pegs Cantina handled this stuff for them. They do some pretty stupid stuff regarding beer releases (i.e. BA Day tickets). If and when you go there, you will be surprised how small the place is.

I can understand that. Aviator Brewing out here has started to be more douchey, but they're pretty big and regionally distributed I think. They also don't command the lines for releases that Cycle does. I suppose they don't intend to come off that way, but the opinion is shared by others I know. It seems douchey and to your point, without really knowing who they are, it's hard to see past that. However, if this is more or less about how they're not sure how to run a business, then some of their behavior makes sense. I can easily be swayed away from what appears to be douchey and chalk it up to just being ill-prepared to run something that has gotten such wide spread attention. They're talked about and sought after here in NC and definitely in other places.

More coffee. Stressing about all the work I have to do and all of the travel coming up for fun and work. The driving and wandering around Asheville was tough on my back. My MRI is Wednesday, but that's not going to solve anything in time for the trip. Hoping I just magically don't feel it!

Morning all.
Coffee. Rain headed this way, so no worky today. I think I'd rather go to work than be around the house today, though. First unnecessary argument of the day was about coffee. Ridiculous.

Not surprising, Tuesday and Wednesday are the two smallest releases. I saw that Monday lasted until the afternoon

Yep. Monday lasted most of the day. Tuesday they still had a few after the line was over. Tomorrow is the smallest and Thursday should be the biggest. Wasnt bad. Made a few friends in line and they get through the line quickly. You could come after the line and get it. Tomorrow that might not happen. Heading to downtown Tampa today.

You are killing it this week

Uber rough start to the day. Hurts to breathe after copious amounts of second hand smoke last night while consoling yet another friend who lost someone close. Funk Tuesdays. Oh. My keezer dropped a few degrees this morning. The temp controller said it was 58, even though I have it set to 62.. what's up with that? Is my beer ruined!??

Interesting... dog sniffed it and turned it down?

I'll go with that. Not sure if serious on the second question.

So from signing some timesheets, and confirming with their admin assistant, there is a manlift operator for one of our main contractors at the plant named Cosmo. Needless to say, I will be using a manlift for every job I can possibly justify in the future. This dude is going on every job ive got

No. There is no turning it down. The screen displayed 58F. I clicked mode to change it back to 62F but it was already set to 62F. So, for some reason, despite it being set correctly, the temp dropped below the setting.

STC-1000? happens all the time with mine. You can adjust the limit settings to when it will switch off. I think defualt is 1deg F, but it will still overshoot every time depending on the power of your freezer. Never really effects the actual temp of the beer from the thermometer stuck on the side though

Hmm. I wonder if it doesn't end up cooling a few degrees cooler if it cycles on at say, 64° and once the cycle is complete it's ~58°?

Not sure if that's a possibility.

This is what is on it. Thanks for that info. I don't have a sticky thermo meter. Dog ate it, now it always reads 80F.

The ROFLStout will surely be extra ROFLy which is good. I added extra ROFLMalt and the random mishaps, new equipment and lack of equipment will add that little bit of SpecialROFL I was hoping for.

Drove into work in front of a massive thuderstorm. Weather radio in my office blaring, tornado watch in the area. Could not get a weather radar to load on my PC or phone. Walked back to the front desk to see what it looked like and it was pitch black. Quickly evacuated everyone to their safe zones, and I kept catching morons in the conference room, which has a wall of glass.

Anyway, that's enough excitement for the day. Coffee.
