At the peak of my guitar playing abilities I could only do stairway to heaven and the main riffs of master of puppets. Now, I don't remember what I g chord is. But I do have more yeast numbers memorized than produce codes when I was a cashier in high school

Haha. Yeah probably because my grains and whole kitchen is within 20 feet of the brewing stuff. Figure all kinds of crap if floating around.

I tried knocking it on the counter until I thought it might break and nothing. Put it back on the stir plate and it got most back in suspension. Hopefully it'll settle over the next few hours. If not , I'm spoonin the damn thing

I'd like not to pitch it all cause I'd have to adjust my usual water volumes for extra headroom but mostly cause I need to harvest some to store

So pour off half to store and pitch the rest in your brew

Pitch the yeast this morning on that no chill from last night. It was 70 degrees and didn't smell very good tell you the truth. 15 pounds of cheap to row and just a little cascade... hope the 6 ounce dry hop saves it

Hops are going first, with a few notable exceptions. That's how I'm deciding.

You squeeze them beforehand to create a suction vacuum. Basil goes really well in my hoppy beers. Garlic for my saison strains

Bought the wife a guitar, amp etc and she hasnt touched it in over a year. Im too lazy to try and learn. Practicing is not something I'm good at.
