Never seen Singlecut up here until today when I ran to a different beer store location than my usuals. Having an Alpine Duet, then moving along to one of the Singlecut ipas.

Dammit I missed a ton. Too tired and lazy to catch up. Finished a pot o cawfeh today, now on Mtn Dew #2 tying to stay caffeinated enough to get through the day. After work gotta fire up the smoker, smoke some green chile to make an aioli with while prepping a pork shoulder for an all night smoke. Then prepping ribs and chicken to throw on the smoker in the morning. Gotta prep ABTs and mushroom caps too. Tomorrow is gonna be busy and full of fat. Shouldn't have stayed up so late drinking last night.

Pakos is good! My buddies wife is from Wyoming so he goes there and brings it back for me. I'm from Fort Collins we used to drive the 60 minutes to Cheyenne because the chicks were fun there

Haha. Yeah probably because my grains and whole kitchen is within 20 feet of the brewing stuff. Figure all kinds of crap if floating around.

I tried knocking it on the counter until I thought it might break and nothing. Put it back on the stir plate and it got most back in suspension. Hopefully it'll settle over the next few hours. If not , I'm spoonin the damn thing

I'd like not to pitch it all cause I'd have to adjust my usual water volumes for extra headroom but mostly cause I need to harvest some to store
