Don't get Carapils really. I think it just uses up some of your crystal %. In most ales where there are adjuncts flying there will be some crystal added anyway. Just up that a little bit.

Carapils seems to get added to everything for body/head retention. I don't see the need. A pox on Carapils I say; upon both its houses.

Honestly if it's just a part-time job, I'd just move on. Sounds like a bad work environment anyway. Getting wrongfully fired from a full time job and losing benefits can place people in severely dire financial straights, and is sometimes worth fighting for. Part-time second jobs not so much.

This is sound advice. Especially if the boss is a pita to work for.
