Hi Everyone!

New cider maker here

I'm Justin from London. I've just started my first 2 batches. One is using apples, crab apples, blackberries and some cherry plums from my garden. The other is using mainly Bramley apples and Royal Gala apples that I picked up from a farm in West Sussex and a farm nearby.
