If you bastards hit 20k while I'm at work...
Morning. Are we getting 20k done today?
At least the HR guys knows he doesn't have a case. The boss can still make your life miserable though.
My main complaint is that it won't be in the 20k box you'll be sending me.
Seems I'm coming down with a cold. But I have too much work to be able to take time off. Great.

Not red enough.
Hate to break it you, but pretty sure that's NJ. Not Philly. My whole dad's side of the family is from New jersey. All day wooder and doahwg. I have cousins that grew up in Philly and never heard them say that.
I dont know. I see a rush of meaningless posts happening at around 19,900

Anyone ever ship beer in those long tube shippers?
Got one the other day, and looks like 12 cans would fit perfectly in there, almost just want to try it.

Yes. Most likely.
He already does. This will make it worse for a while. Luckily I have a warehouse expansion just getting under way so he'll be up my anus already.
Need a HB swap thread. Only HB, any extras are on the sender, no obligations other than ~4 12 oz. homebrews.
The milk has gone bad. I repeat. The milk has gone bad.
I dont know.
Since people seem generous with their brewing insight today and I'm looking to get the ball rolling... any suggestions? Was going to mash at 152.. probably add a half pound of sugar. Appreciate any advice, I already have these ingredients but can pick up others/remove whatever.
Here's my first stout:
10 lb German - Pale Ale
1 lb American - Roasted Barley
0.5 lb American - Chocolate
0.25 lb American - Midnight Wheat Malt
2 oz Northern Brewer
S-04
I've seen it done before without an issue, but wouldn't you want to keep them around as spares, just incase your bend your cardboard sword tube?
Wait what? Definitely don't go adding sugars to a stout. I'd just mash higher and maybe swap some crystal for 1/2lb of the dark malts. Right now that's a super roasty dry dry dry stout

FWIW CAD, I agree here... probably wouldn't add any sugar.
