I don't drink sours much, but those pellicle pics always fascinate me. Like looking at NASA satellite pics of some alien world.

I felt the same way until I brewed my own and enjoyed it after a few months. You should try it.

I had a very close call the other day, when a police car with sirens on I couldn't see/hear caused someone to stop abruptly midway through the intersection with a protected left. I had to slam brakes and missed him by inches.

What yeast/bugs did you use in this?

I used roeselare and a lambic blend from coyote68, so that doesn't really help much unfortunately haha.
