Out with my son. Coffee. Spectating rollerblading later. Hopefully, no broken leg this time.

None of those. Thankfully. Wrong place wrong time. Dude stopped really short to make a left. I was screwed.

I had a very close call the other day, when a police car with sirens on I couldn't see/hear caused someone to stop abruptly midway through the intersection with a protected left. I had to slam brakes and missed him by inches.

It happens.

Thanks @finsfan . Getting a huge cherry pie flavor from this, good stuff. Getting excited to add the fruit to mine soon.

What yeast/bugs did you use in this?

I used roeselare and a lambic blend from coyote68, so that doesn't really help much unfortunately haha.

Help with what? Was just curious. Good blend, maybe I shouldn't have just dumped it down the drain, haha.

Just pitched the Cantillon you sent me into a starter tho. No plans yet, just building it up.

Don't tell Gavin, but if he doesn't decide to hire me... I'm totally down to come work for you.

(I'm playing both sides)

I'm playing 30+ sides so not to worry. The tri-dodecahedral approach has always served me well.

I'm okay. Van is effed. Might get fired. Oh well.

That's why folks have insurance. Accidents happen. You're just in freak out mode still. Beers needed I wager.

I felt the same way until I brewed my own and enjoyed it after a few months. You should try it.

I want to try making one or two. Just too much microbiology involved not to give it a go. Make use of my 5 gallon carboy I bought as a noob for the "all important secondary". Plus, it will make future trades with @psylocide more fun. Slip him a sour mickey so to speak.

Sounds like he might have one going right now, I knew he would soften.

This is my 2nd at fault accident. I think we get three. But being that my boss really doesn't like me, he might make this a "pattern of behavior" and can my ass. He won't be at the office when I get back from the clinic, thank God. So I get to marinate on this til Monday.

Clinic? You OK?
