They definitely understood nuance and subtlety. Decided to finish the day playing douchenozzle lottery. All the asshats who annoy me have been assigned a value and every time I get an email in the last hour on a Friday, I take a number of sips equal to their number. I hope I will be sober enough to make dinner.

i'm waiting for my Rye IPA to finish fermenting... OG 1.066, brewed last Monday. Mashed at 153 for 60 minutes, batch sparge at 168. It's been fermenting in the low 60s. Checked the gravity last night... 1.023. After 10 days. I'm really hoping it drops some more; there's still consistent airlock activity, and I've bumped the temp a couple degrees F to hopefully help it out. I'd like to end up at 1.014-1.016, ideally.

US-05 yeast, 1.5packs per 5gals. Re-hydrated prior to pitching, of course
