Ugh... Standing in line to get my new license plates and can feel my lunchbiers slipping through my fingers.

Getting together with friends tonight, watching junior hockey, drinking beer, and playing euchre. It's gonna rock.

That sounds like a good night if you deep six the junior hockey and euchre.

Ugh... Standing in line to get my new license plates and can feel my lunchbiers slipping through my fingers.

The two IPA's I had at lunch say I'll give this thread of derpterds a second chance.

I miss playing euchre. Lots of good trash talk there.

I could never figure it out. Then again the people I tried playing with were way too into it. Gave it up and just stuck with beer pong. I still hold the record with 1324 wins 261 losses. That's a lotta pong.

I've been trying to figure out how to get away with lunchbiers forever now. Lunchrootbier is the best I can do. I guess I could just stop driving company vehicles after 1.

Euchre is the best card game of all time. It's just the best.

******* is also good (but not as good), and I'm a huge lover of cribbage also.

Yup, that's the reaction I was expecting...

Euchre is big in Canada, Michigan and Wisconsin. Most people I know from places elsewhere have never heard of it.

Huh. When I got to college (80 miles south), the reactions to talking about Euchre were a 50/50 mix of "dafuq?" and "oh, you must be from Ohio."

I thought it covered a pretty limited area.

Hey guy. My mom's going to Dallas soon. Will she be able to get the dankosaurus for me there?

Sounds like somebody wants the d....

And not if I buy them all first.

Yeah we just called that *******. Had some good times getting wasted to that game. I miss college.

edit: Oh, he can say it but I can't? Nice. REAL nice. I need a beers.

Singular is verboten. Plural is okay. Because reasons.

Just asked a friend in Indiana, and he says they play it there, too.

I'm my thousands of hands played I'm still yet to get a no ace/no face/no trump.

It's disappointing.

D you play with that being worth something?

"If one of the players does not have an ace or a face card or any trump cards, they may choose to call “no ace, no face, no trump”, in which case the hand is disolved and the deal is passed on to the player to the left of the current dealer."

Similarly, we play stick the dealer and Canadian loner. ("Canadian/Order Alone: When the dealer's partner orders the dealer to "pick it up", the partner must attempt the hand as a loner.")

Damn you guys are busy in here. Almost too much for me to keep up during the work week.

Our dog likes to eat kids socks, horking them down whole.

When he was a pup, he would get aggressive if you tried to take it. Now he'll just hold on to it and my us take it from him but will give it up.

If he swallows one, he usually pukes it up within 12 hours.

Only of those rules I've ever heard of is screw the dealer...which is almost always the rule when I've played.

I want a lunchbier. :( But machinery.

Lunchbooch will have to do.

Lunchbooch here too. Would be real embarassing if I got druck at lunch and came back and died in some kind freak threehole-punch accident.

Actually would go out and have lunchbiers today, but I've too much to do at the office. Need to be productive today. So naturally I check and see what's happening on HBT every 5 minutes.
