Damn! Get better and flocc work - that always has to take a back seat to your health.

Its hard to sit back and relax. I was promoted a couple of weeks ago and I feel like I have a ton to fix before I end up selling squirrel meat out of the back of a camper in a wal-mart parking lot.

Big fan of squirrel. Generally don't eat them until after the first hard freeze though.

Sometimes I miss North Carolina, other times I remember I can get the same sort of stuff in southern Delaware.

First beer in the fermenter second coming up to the boil. Enjoying one of these

When I was a kid I love the candy called Zotz hard Candy had like Alka-Seltzer in the middle. After 20 years of nostalgic feelings about that candy I found some at a retro candy shop in Toledo and it was absolutely horrible. I should've just stuck with my memory of how awesome they were.

If you don't take the squirrel meat sales job, put in a good word for me. Sounds like it would be better than where I'm working now.

Apparently beach goers in Argentina manhandled a dolphin to death while taking selfies. Do they have an equivalent to the 'Murica! rally cry?

In other news, a city in Australia is being overrun by a tumbleweed called the "hairy panic."

Everyone have their walking directions to Boulder printed out?

I get that, but it's not relaxing when you are healing your body.

I gave them up once I found out they were high in cholesterol.

Water, soup and listening in to results. I know he'll hold out talk on bonus until the end since everyone will tune out. At least I finally boxed up the two trades this morning - will drop them off in a bit. You should have a good weekend @BeerMeDuffMan !

Anyone ever get some degree of carbonation in the fermentor? I have a brett saison sitting at 0.996 thats about ready to bottle. The sample I pulled yesterday felt like it was slightly carbonated. Saw bubbles fizzing up in the sample tube too

There's always some dissolved CO2 in the beer - the colder it is the more there will be.

My saison was the same way. Not enough to form a head or anything, but it was definitely bubbly.

Waiting outside the hbs to open. Its in a not so good part of town. Seen some interesting people walk by.

Gavin, I ignore most of what he says about brewing and well, everything else. Most barely makes sense, can't imagine reading one of those books.
