I've started putting them in every box. BA Legion if I feel spendy. Oaked Mosaic isn't worth it at all. It's good, but Mosaic is sweet enough that aging it just makes it thick.

Damnit I think I accidentally learned stuff about beer. I tried not to. Tried to make this a casual relationship. She got me.

The cinnamon works just as well as I thought it would. This and VBBS are definitely the best two I've ever had from the Korean National Beer Company.

You gotta get on Kiimchi Ethos. The cabbage really helps the hops shine.

Yea, so far so good. Brett C DIPA is pretty tasty. Palate is kind of shot after eating some delicious but spicy Indian food from the food truck out front.

Hard to tell from the pic and can't get a better pic cuz it's dark in here but they describe the red (on right) as a single malt beer. What single malt would lead to a rich deep red? It's 8.5% if that helps.

Red X is supposed to be self converting. Dunno.
