That was some gif off earlier. Sorry to have missed it live. Blast!

Busy day at work plus phone almost dying = 20 pages behind. All caught up. Did the math on my cost per Sq ft and found I paid 53.833333. Not too shabby. Time for a beer while making the kids dinner.

To keep up with the dry yeast talk, I'm brewing a big ole RIS and dumping it on a yeast cake of 04, previous beer was 1.065. I use a cool brewing bag to keep my bucket at temp ;)

Just figured mine out...came closer to 95.00 a sqft when we bought it. My surrounding neighbors would be around 105.00 a sqft since most of their property has been updated if they sold. Ours now would probably fetch between 98 and 102 a sqft I think
Our place is in the Mayfair section of Philadelphia, though. I need to move out to the sticks

I live in the sticks, but pay near 200 sqft. FML.

Quick science question:

What should I do with these two ester bombs I made with my fancy new buckets that are terrible at thermal conduction?

Dump?

Donate to the food bank?

Set house on fire?

Send to CAD?

As many others say, let it ride?

Just to start Wednesday.

Suck.

FYI for folks,

http://www.extremetech.com/computin...s-10-to-recommended-update-automatic-download

Basically Microsoft has made the Windows 10 upgrade "recommended" meaning that it will download automatically if you don't change your update settings.

I believe that yes, it will download, but you can cancel the install. Irritating if you have a cap or HDD space issues.

An old HB rye lawnmower as I make tomorrow's lunch.

Second is thanks to @Hawgwild81.

Man, really looking forward to drinking tonight. A few Milds (or seven if I can sneak past the wife) and I have some Japanese porter or stout. No idea what that'll be like. Hope there's no fish or something in it.

Read that...nearly poohed. That's crazy man...200 per??? Didn't realize you were literally on the Hill.

That could include land if he's in the sticks. That was my hope anyway haha

I wish. 'Spensive here. That, out I suck at maths.

That is current value. I purchased somewhere north of 160/sqft

Now onto this to dull the pain of sqft costs, and loosing to the 6yo 3/4 games of go fish. Double or nothing stories riding the next four games.

That price include a dry roof? I put a new roof on the house last year because it need replacement and I had a leak on the back porch(where the kegarator is!) been fine until tonight, leaking in the same spot:(
