I've always wondering why its called the hopper. I realize that the definition pertains to its use in this situation, but it holds grain, not hops!

Gavin - im assuming that things a beast, despite it being the cheaper model?

Luckily, I checked with the brewery 2 blocks from me and they said I could use their mill for my measly ~12lbs anytime if I needed to. Might take them up on it since last time I was there I left with 3lbs of pacific gem lining my coat pockets for helping them sort out a newly opened bag
