I’ve decided to ask this question out right before the deep dives got the better of me.
So I made a pseudo lager in my keg. 4 gallons with a floating dip tube and am serving out of it. I decided to add some gelatin to help clear it up but that wasn’t the plan since I wanted to rack on top this yeast cake once I kicked it. Is there any issue with pouring 4 gallons of wort on this yeast cake since I added gelatin?
I used W34/70 for reference and fermented at 15 PSI and plan to do again since it came out well.
Thanks
