That's great efficiency, imho. I can barely break 68% with lower temp and 2 packets. Nice!

Yeah, the more I think about it and taste the sample the more I think I'll turn the temp control off and let it settle at the basement ambient temp for a few days, then keg it dry hop it with beans this weekend. I have 8oz of Modern Times Barrel aged coffee I'm going to drop in there.
