Sweet! Today is gonna be a good day for me.

Looks like I'm gonna bottle up some sour stout today. It was a 3 gallon parti-gyle of Diesel. Been souring for a little over 8 months and tastes wonderful. I really need to knock stuff like this out before my Siebel class starts on Monday. So pumped for that!

I hate to say it, but the Pats are going to be playing in Denver next week.

My wife is making a mistake, leaving me alone at the house after work. She said no brewing, but didn't say no baking, found 2 bread recipes I'm going to try.

Drinking some Tim Hortons after running errands. Might make some hard pink lemonade and some apfelwein this afternoon if I get motivated. Daughter has a birthday party at 4:30, so I gotta hold off on beer consumption until football time.

Whelp, no bottling for me today. Sour auto siphon had crap on the bottom of it. Ordering a new one. Ugh!
