Hey all I milled grain on 11/26 and it's kept in a brew bucket with a vittles vault lid. Think it's still okay? It's for an IPA.

Its a saison with Tired Hands Yeast. Should have some bugs. Might add some souring bugs if its not what i want.

By that I mean my strike water. Hard to sparge without a mash. Me dumb.

As 77 said taste it, if it tastes fresh, go with it, not optimum but it'll be beer.
