Got a spare bedroom. Door's always open to you should you ever, through some twist of fate, find yourself in Dallas.
I've had eggs for breakfast every day for the past two years, if not longer. Until this week, when I ran out and haven't been out to the farm to get more. Poached eggs sound hard. Breakfast is normally me trying to make an omelette and settling for scrambled eggs![]()

Hrm... While poached is great, I still think a light over easy is better. Add some leftover beans, a scattering of cheese, salt and pepper. Plop that egg on top and let the yolky goodness drip into the mixture. Breakfast, solved.
