Why did I think working out this morning was a good plan? Ugh. Good news is I finally busted the plateau. Doubling down upper body weight day into one day instead of two and adding in an extra HIIT day (plus mini HIIT circuits to knock me out after weight days) did the trick. Fun cardio. Not treadmill. I hate treadmill. Feels like a gerbil. I suppose if I'm going to run I should just do it outside.
Drinking protein, relaxing for a bit, and then getting my brew back on. Kitchen sink Belgian Pale Ale-ish beer (but significantly stronger), will be top cropping from the other day's Witbier. Pils malt, some scattered leftover Belgian and US crystal malts, a few ounces of leftover Munich, the dregs of some bitter orange peel, some excess #1 Invert from the other day, and the last of my non-UK hops (bittered with leftover Magnum and late hops are leftover Hallertau). Aiming for 18.5°P and ~8.2% ABV.
