Torchy's just opened a spot in Denver. Guess I need to check them out.
Don't go when you're hungry; it's a long wait. That was pretty soon after they opened, so it might be better now

I go into the BY every now and again...I typically regret it immediately...
That's a shame. Destroyed by fire! Intentional or accidental?
They are looking out for your delicate sensibilities.
Better start looking for any available hotel - place gets pretty mobbed for sxsw. And one week out? Yea, good luck. Doubt any of the big chains will be available, especially for rewards/points stays.
Ya, we dont go anywhere for 2 weeks now. North, south, east, west all have good visit spots. To better explain, here's a web site. These are all top notch...but to quantify, I haven't been to everyone, but people I trust have been to many.

Jester King is southwest Austin. With Thirsty Planet, Last Stand and Argus cider nearby. Austin Beer Works is north.
Hopes this helps.
Make sure you hit Torchy's Tacos. Awesome local joint. Look up their secret menu on line..
My hunting knife, handmade by a guy in TX. Sharper than it should be and I absolutely love it. He made the sheath as well.

With you here. Not sure why anyone would want to use the debate forum. Poked my head in there once or twice out of curiosity to read the nonsense. I pretty quickly decided I prefer not knowing folks' views on stuff. None of my business really.
Don't get the BY either, but to each their own I guess.
Oh I've visited the bony place, again curiosity trumping all else.
There is one thread there that interested me. Kind of reminds me a little of Solar-Guard girl. Not sure why it exists in a brewing forum. I wonder does slotcartalk.com have a similar subforum.
Psy?
It's called the junk yard.
I don't go in there...
Thanks. Added to the visit list. Yeah - I have a surprisingly large number of reasonable priced options with regards to hotels at the moment.
never gone to the boneyard. Is it worth asking for access to?
Never gone to the Boneyard. Is it worth asking for access to? Sportbike forum I used to be on had a pretty solid subforum like that... good stuff.
Apparently access to that sub forum is by invite only. It's an elite class of HBT that gets to visit.
Pfft. Our elite crew here is head and shoulders above the rest.
Although I'm not sure about @m00ps and @hunter_la5
Wonder what he's doing?
I just hope he took his GOTHJockey Sunscreen and SADJockey Flip-Flops .
@hunter_la5
Never seen the video for it though. Noice.

You're not a fan of early 80's questionably fair TV shows? How odd.
