More poignant or more pop? Kurt was mentally ill so of course his music was dark but that doesn't mean his lyrics mean more than grohl lyrics. Nirvana never hid the fact that they wrote there songs to pop riffs/hooks. I think we're both taking about two different things. I agree with syl, grohl would have grown tired and left at some point.

Brew day done, aside from pitching yeast. Using a fairly old slurry so I'm giving it some time with a starter to "wake up". Decided to celebrate by opening an Enjoy After 12/25/15. Not too bad, just a little too bitter I think.

Had one spot left for a six pack. Was between Figlet and this. Dude said only 2 cases left of Cidro and won't brew again for another year. Nice setting. Here good things about the pizza place. Maybe next time.
