Got a letter in the mail from my ISP saying my account was 3 mo past due and if it's not paid by the 15th they were closing it out and sending to a collections agency. Look and my bill pay had sent them payments. Just spent 30mins on the phone with them (poor dag not getting entertained on lunch break). Problem was my account number changed, I wasnt notified, and so my payments were going to an old account.

Wat. I havent had any service or anything at all change on my end since April when I moved. They claim they won't change account#s for no reason.
