Man this day needs to end. Can't wait for beer tomorrow night. Took a 4 mile walk on lunch since it's been 2 weeks without running. Just not enough time or sleep.

Hail Science!

Side by side of 1/4 and 1/25. The next frontier for Parish is consistency. 1/4 batch is juicier but yet more acidic. 1/25 batch has less back end acidic bite, but yet finishes drier. Also note the clarity difference (and the resulting difference it makes in the color).

What's a crate?

Dog's believe they are family, part of your pack. If anything goes into a crate..it's our 6yr grandson. My nickname for him is Distructo.

We've taken to gating ours in the back hallway. Way bigger than any crate, and they're together.

Excited for this place to open. Won't make it next week, but I'll elbow some hipsters out of the way to get a flight the following week.

So what you're saying is these dudes are hombrewers? Except they get paid? Floccers!

Where'd everyone go?

Goddamnit. Fvckface stresspooped again. What the ****. Then when I was cleaning it up he gets excited and jump-claws my back. Snapped and smacked him once. Feel terrible now. I'm so glad Im never having kids. No joke I'd probably do some shaken-baby syndrome ****.

Andrew definitely has a tendency to experiment. Ghost has always had some batch to batch variation due to that (he's only made 8 batches in the 2 years he's made it). He also just completely revamped Envie to be more like a baby version of Ghost, so he's still playing around with it. Their bread and butter beer is Canebrake, so that's where their consistency efforts are devoted.
