I'm not a fan of "session IPAs". I rather have a pale ale. The only session ips i like is easy jack. The rest is too bitter and watery body.

Drinking water. Need to sober up (not that there's much sobering to be done) before hitting the gym. Last night was the end of cutting month (although still a dedicated cardio day a week), back to lifting heavy (albeit w/ cardio active rest supersets). 3 plate squats at reps for the win.
