Pumpkin Saison. I used WY3711 on it. that one's sitting at 8.4% ABV.

Sweet, I'm going to put on some smashing pumpkins for that. Something more mellow though, start with Galapogos or something.

Yeah. Lots of great stuff, but most of it on-site only. I'd love to get a group together to do a ROYGBIV tasting, but I don't think I can pull it off.

Making a Brett beer is on my to do brewing list in 2016 .

I think I have had one commercial example but I'm not sure.

I probably need fancier glassware to serve it in.

Tasty looking beer.

Definitely do it! There are lots of good examples of both 100% brett beers (no sacc) and brett + sacc beers. A brett saison is a good place to start.
