Ended up not drinking last night, but I see a bunch of you covered for me - thanks. Was binge watching Making a Murderer ... Quite thought provoking if you haven't seen it yet. Breakfast and coffee done, now to run a few errands and hopefully get a hike in this afternoon. Just hope this gloomy weather lifts a bit.

I meant to post this yesterday. I buy one of those disposable aluminum pans and fill it with water and place it in the smoker, sometimes I get fancy and but fresh rosemary and orange peel.

Also, I dilute apple juice in a spray bottle and mist it periodically towards the end.This all helps keep things from drying out.

I had a BA Buffalo Sweat last night. I have tried pretty hard to like any version of that beer, but I honestly don't get it. It never makes me want to buy it again.

I had a BA Buffalo Sweat last night. I have tried pretty hard to like any version of that beer, but I honestly don't get it. It never makes me want to buy it again.

The regular ba is nothing special. Vanilla bean and that ba version are both great imo.

I am not huge fan of the BA. I do like the original and VB, both make great floats. The BAV w/cinnamon is ok, but I still like the VB over all versions.
