3# of Citra, Saaz, Centennial and Cascade. What to Brew?

Hey Guys!

I got in my first hop bulk order with my brew club and. I managed to get away with 1# of Citra, 1# of Saaz, .5# of Centennial, .5# of Cascade for 57$.

With this abundance of hops, especially some of those famous C hops people keep talking about, what do you think I should take a shot at brewing?

Anyone ever here of Noble Pale Ale hehe?

I was thinking for the C hops, about some kind of pale ale that showcases all of the hop flavors and aromas very well. I want something that has quite a bit of residual malt sugar left over maybe around 1.018 - 1.020 ish because I prefer my hoppier beers to have quite a bit of malt to support it.

I have had arrogant bastard before and liked it quite a bit, but I noticed that most people think it used a lot of Chinook.

Just looking for ideas guys!

IPAs

Cascade and Centennial are the basis for a lot of IPAs. Centennial Blonde is a lighter recipe and uses both.
Citra and Marris Otter make a great SMASH.
Saaz is the basis for a lot of Pilsners. How about a SMASH saaz and pilsner?

I have indeed made some great Citra and MO SMASH twice before, it is one of my favorites indeed!

How do you think saaz would turn out for an american amber ale that is pretty heavy on the crystal and special B?

So look for somethings with a killer Cascade and Centennial combo as well. What do you think about taking a malt profile like from a Pliny Clone or Arrogant Bastard and instead using those hops?

Otherwise, the C-hops you have can be combined any way you want in American pales, ambers and IPAs, and the Saaz are used frequently in Belgian beers and the pilsners mentioned above. But there's no reason you can't experiment.

Your C hops are my favorite combo and apart of easily my best IPA recipe. I'd bitter with the centennial then just use a blend of the 3 for late additions

I second the motion on the zombie dust. Mine is fully developed in the keg. Drinking it side by side with some fresh ZD. I might be partial but I think I like mine better.
