Well i am onto my second beer since christmas, a nice Amber Ale. MY first batch, the Pale Ale is hanging out in the secondary conditioning and settling out. I am looking forward to bottling next weekend, and hopefully transferring the Amber Ale to the secondary and then brew my Hefenweissen. Man I love this beer thing!
