After 2 weeks, same batch.
I took a taste, and unbelievably delicious. Too bad, we dumped it, but my son said 9% alcohol, again, took a tiny taste in a small spoonful, and unbelievably delicious.
I was a bit nervous it was green with a white outline, but only 2-3 small spots, but like I said, I took a small taste, and really goodShould have waited for a reply! If it tastes good and smells good it's probably good. That was likely just yeast. Mold typically gets bigger not goes away. Sounds like it would have been a good beer.![]()
Understand but even if it was something maybe not so good it wouldn't hurt to have it hanging out in there for a while longer. Ah, well, we all can get impatient, especially in the early days of our brewing journey. I say whatever it is, just wait a little longer.I was a bit nervous it was green with a white outline, but only 2-3 small spots, but like I said, I took a small taste, and really good
I'm not sure what it is, but it certainly does not look like mold!that was a piece of it
