I made a 1.5l yeast starter from a 200b pack of gigayeast Vermont ale starter on feb 8th. Life got in the way and I won't be brewing until Sunday the 26th. It was on a stir plate for 2 days then directly into the fridge to cold crash. I'd like to get away with not having to make another starter and just decant and pitch this one but if the consensus is I should restart it before pitching i will. Thanks so much for any help in advance. This will be a going into a 7-8 % IPA.
