Colorado FS Brutus 10 style COMPLETE setup

I did a lot of research on clarity ferm. A scientific study came to the conclusion that it doesn't actually remove the gluten, it just breaks it down into smaller parts. The test used to determine gluten content doesn't "see" the gluten because its looking for the full gluten "signature"...

hops flavor in an ipa without secondary?

95% recipe for hop flavor If you are looking for crazy hop flavor try a technique called hop bursting. Of course for hop bitterness you need to put more hops in at the beginning of the boil. When you dry hop without going to secondary, just wait for the bulk of the fermentation to complete and...

Serve the keg with the regulator set to the pressure you have determined to carbonate the beer at, based on temperature. Use this chart to figure out what pressure http://www.kegerators.com/articles/carbonation-table-pressure-chart.php beer will only take as much carbonation as you are giving...

    Two hearted IPA?

the number after the crystal mostly refers to the color, and assuming such a small percentage of crystal is used there will be little difference. Dry hop in primary after the fermentation is complete, 2 weeks should be great. Use as much or as little for the dry hop as you want!
