    Sierra Nevada Hop Splash

    Should I ad additional yeast?

    Wyeast 2124 is fermenting slow. After 10 days of fermentation it has slowed to 2½ minutes between bubbles. (temperature is 53°) I don't know what to expect as FG. OG was 1.040. I'm wondering if I should add another yeast pack or just wait for it to finish.

    Neo not listed in Beersmith

    I just downloaded beersmith and I'm entering my first recipe. I'm using premium 2 row malt from Great western malting. I don't think its specifically a pale or a pilsner. What should I enter it as? I am also using Neo hops and they are not listed either. What should I enter them as?
