Wood surrounded keezer

Good day friends. My buddy wants to build a keezer and I showed him some of the beautiful wooden surrounded keezers I have seen here but I have no idea how to build it. I get the collar but not how the entire keezer is surrounded by wood. Any Picts would be great. Rhanks

This is how I did it. 2x4 wood frame, built raised panels, glued/screwed to wood frame, and lag bolted frame together so I could take apart easily
