What is this keg coupler adaptor?

New to Home Brew Talk but I have been on the site for a bit reading all the treads. I purchased a keg setup and it came with a sankey coupler and an adaptor I have never seen.










I will be converting the tap to pin lock connectors as I already have the kegs but I was thinking on having it so I can switch between that sankey and pin locks. Is this an adaptor for a different type of keg? The sankey is a D coupler.

Yup I guess it is an attachment for a pressurized cleaning system shown on top of the bottle



Good news for me is they have just the fitting for sale for $50 so I might be able to trade it at the local draft company for parts I need.
