So I just brewed my first recipe that I with help of another HBT member created. Its for a wheat wine using extracts. The recipe was as follows:
20min steep 1lb Crystal & 1/4lb chocolate malt
6lbs wheat extract
6lbs golden light
3lbs of corn sugar
2oz Magnum @ 60min
1oz Sterling @ 15min
2oz Sterling @ 0min (flame out)
2 liter white labs California ale yeast starter

OG: was 1.090

What do y'all think this will turn out like?
Should i dry hop in secondary?
Thanks for any and all help.

Never heard of a "wheat wine" or a "hopped wine" either. Should be interesting.

I'm guessing wheat wine is a play on barley wine?

Let it sit in the secondary for a while, and give her a try. If it's missing something on the nose, you can dry hop then.
