Welcome to the forum!
Roll with it . I've never done biscuit malt in an IPA before but heck that's the fun part of brewing.

I’d cut the biscuit in half for my personal taste. Biscuit can be a little over the top so I like to keep it’s around 2 % but again that’s personal preference. Looks for a west coast/American ipa.

I agree with the others and the Biscuit malt might be better if it's a half pound instead, but that is just someone's opinion. The other suggestion would be to dry hop the beer too. It doesn't have to be over the top but an ounce of each of those C hops your using would be good. Or two of the three depending on what you have.
If you want to keep it as is, there is nothing wrong with that either b/c that is the fun of home brewing! You are your own cook in the kitchen and you will learn and you brew more.
Cheers and welcome to this awesome hobby!
