Cute brewing assistant. Seeing as yours is still there by boil time, I am gonna say you have my brewing assistants beat by leaps and bounds.
I always wanted to see Tom Petty, been to quite a few other concerts my favorites being at Saranac brewery but good use hah! Only beer I ever dumped out was Yuengling Oktoberfest, got a 1/2 keg for 60$ off and since then never touched Yuengling.
Time for a screwdriver.. Or three too lazy to get a sixer of something bueno.

She just stops by occasionally when she needs a break from riding her scooter or bike.

Definitely the last beer of the night
saturday morning I was hurting worse than I've hurt in a long time. I didn't drink anything yesterday and I almost decided not to drink anything today.
Love randomly finding Sofie when out at a bar. Nice brother.
You sound like the teacher on peanuts.
Its good stuff I wish I had The discipline to sit on one for year but I don't
I have a '13 in the closet. Might drink it soon.
I tell myself to set one back but it calls to me and I have no will to resist.
How is Coors light lagered below freezing? What do they add anti-freeze? This would explain a lot.
It's a good beer. I'd have a hard time too. It just so happened I found a '13 Matilda and '13 Sofie marked half off because they were "old." Works for me.
I would assume that they're referring to 32F, and I would then assume that going to 31F the beer won't freeze due to the alcohol content.
Isnt it like your level abv ? 3-4% how much would that inhibit freezing?
Coors Light (and Bud Light and Miller Lite) are all 4.2%.

If you assume 1.040 to 1.008 (which may or may not be accurate), should freeze at about 28F. So there's some wiggle room.
Markering gimmick then they probably all lager that low or thereabouts.
Oh I'm sure you're right, and it's absolutely marketing gimmick. Coors Light is "Frost brewed" just like Miller Lite is "Triple Hopped".
