NOTES:
Well-balanced IPA with mild Citra flavor and aroma. I intended to brew this for 70% efficiency but overshot it by 21%. It does not taste like an 8.8% ABV beer as it has a good malt backbone and hides the alcohol well. It was also intended not to be a hop bomb. This is an easy-drinker with solid Citra flavor.
