I hadn't intended to cold crash because I don't have a freezer for it, but it ended up snowing for two days s I went for it. I figured it would help settle out the hops and yeast.

Now I wish I could rack off to a secondary or bottle now but my friend has everything at his house so I can't do anything right now.

If I leave it outside today in 60ish temps and rack it off tomorrow morning after another night of sub 30 temps, will I have pissed off the yeast too much. We do bottle.

Thanks
