Im getting ready to brew my first wheat beer. A bavarian hefe all grain from NB. I ordered some rice hulls with it as I heard those are a life saver with wheat beer.
Ill also be using my stirplate for a starter this time, so Im excited about that.
I have chosen White Labs WLP300 Hefeweizen Ale Yeast. Since this yeast will give the cloudy look of a hefe, and hefes should be cloudy to begin with, is there any point in moving to a secondary? or just primary for 3 weeks before kegging?
