how much at what rate? recipe is as follows:

4lbs lme wheat
1lb chocolate barley malt
1lb crystal malt
windsor yeast
lme was pre hopped

o.g. 1.055
f.g. 1.oo5

im gonna bottle it and i need a good suggestion on my priming sugar. i have until now used the coopers tablets but i want to do it with priming syrup. i have corn sugar.

5oz is prettty much the standard go to. But if you want to get crazy about it use one of the many calculators out there on the intertubes to determine how many volumes of CO2 you want todisolve into your beer per the style and go from there.
