IP, if you take anyone seriously about anything in a thread like this, you're not only a homo, you're also a retard.
So what kind of sport are you into? Men's figure skating?
Pats do have the oldest roster in the league (I'm pretty sure), .
ummm... wrong... dramatically wrong.
The Boston Globe's Mike Reiss notes today that with an average age of 27.2, the New England Patriots' roster entering training camp is the oldest in the National Football League, even though it is actually not as old as it was entering camp last season. Reiss also notes that the Patriots currently employ three of the four halfbacks in the NFL who are 32 or older: Fred Taylor, Sammy Morris and Kevin Faulk.
F the Pats
F the Cowboys
F the Vikings
F the Bears
F the Packers
That is all.
Yeah, I also think a huge difference is who the starters are too... if you go by average age of the starters, the Pats aren't the oldest at all.
And your RB example os he perfect example... Laurence Maroney is the starting RB, by far the youngest out of the four they have.
I do seem to remember a certain team going 4-0 last preseason. 'Brewtus, can you help me remember who that might have been?
Coach Jim Schwartz picks Daunte Culpepper as Lions' starting quarterback to open preseason
by Tom Kowalski
ALLEN PARK - Detroit Lions head coach Jim Schwartz has named Daunte Culpepper as the starting quarterback for Saturday's preseason game against the Atlanta Falcons at Ford Field.
Just moments after making the announcement, Schwartz said it really doesn't mean anything.
Culpepper and rookie first-round pick Matthew Stafford are in a battle for the starting quarterback job and Schwartz said that Stafford would likely get the start next week against the Browns in Cleveland.
And what about the third preseason game? Will the starter of that game give us a clue as to who will start in the regular season?
"We've got a lot of ground between now and the third (game). Don't try to play that game, don't try to read too much into it because, honestly, there's nothing there,'' Schwartz said.
As for Saturday's game, Culpepper will likely go into the second quarter with Stafford replacing him. Stafford will play into the second half with Drew Stanton finishing out. As for how long each player would go, Schwartz didn't want to be nailed down.
"We don't have an exact number of plays or an exact number of series or an exact number of throws. We'll just play it by ear,'' he said.
Nah, I like Peyton... he's the one that always gags in the playoffs so the Pats can advance. I like him.
All I'm hearing is sour grapes
I plan on ... seeing how the Bears do this year. They've been disappointing me ever since they handed the Colts the Super Bowl in 07.
I freaking hate everybody named Manning.
Always as in 2007?
you all are kwazy.
It's the year of the Man-genious.
Go Browns, baby!

Mangini and Kokonis (also known as ManKok) will take the Browns nowhere.
Ok... ONCE... do you honestly want me to count the gags?? in detail??
But I think SD has like 4 or 5 regular season wins too.
