This recipe is inspired by Cigar City's Oatmeal Raisin Cookie brown ale:

Malt:
6.5lbs Maris Otter LME
1.5lbs Crystal 60L malt
1.0lbs Victory malt
1.0lbs Flaked oats
.75lbs Brown malt
.50lbs Chocolate malt
Hops:
2oz Kent Golding @ 60min
Yeast:
Wyeast 1968 London ESB
Planning on fermenting this beer for 2 weeks. After primary fermentation has ended, I plan to add 1lb of chopped golden raisins, vanilla bean and a stick of cinnamon. Have been kicking around the idea of possibly adding molasses as well.
