I have seen a few recipes for oatmeal raisin cookie brown ales, and wanted to try brewing one. My brother and I will be trying this out Saturday, any tips would be helpful.

1oz Willamette 5min
2 cinnamon sticks 5 min
Vanilla extract to taste
Maybe raisins to get more flavor after tasting
