Hello Everyone,
I am new to the hobby. A month ago my buddy and I bought a Mr. Beer kit online. Since then I have been obsessively reading homebrewtalk.com and learned so much about this amazing hobby.
Last week out first brew was done. All and all it was pretty good. We used a bit to much sugar (dextrose by the recommendation of this forum
) but it was great.
Now, he and I are totally hooked on this new hobby. We are a week into the primary for a 1 Gal batch of afpelwien. And this weekend we are going to hit the LHBS for some ingredients and a few pieces of equipment.
Anyway, I just wanted to introduce myself and say thank you for all of the knowledge that this forum has provided so far.
